HR Manager required in Runcorn – up to £17.00 per hour.

Our client, a local hospice, are looking for HR Manager to join their HR team at their site in Brookvale, Runcorn.

Dealing with a workforce of 80+ staff, your role will involve formulating HR strategy and advising board members. You will be instrumental with implementing a new restructure, looking at change management, contract variations and redundancy consultation.

Our client is looking for a resilient decision maker, suitably experienced with CIPD / Degree level HR qualification. You’ll be confident and strong in character with great interpersonal skills and confident using computer systems and Microsoft Excel.

The rate of pay is up to £17.00 per hour dependant on experience.

The role will be working 30 hours per week over 5 days.

This is a temporary to permanent role.
