Salary: £27,000–£28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch) Friday: 8:00am–4:30pm (30‑minute lunch)

About the Role
Our client, one of the UK’s leading organisations in their sector, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their customer service team based in Birchwood.
You will play an integral part in delivering exceptional service to internal teams, external partners, and customers. This role requires someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in communication.
Key Responsibilities- Form a key part of a busy customer service team
- Organise and archive documents and records
- Maintain and update customer database systems
- Answer and redirect incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Take detailed and accurate messages
- Perform general office duties as required
- Welcome visitors and clients in a polite and professional way
- Represent the company as a positive ambassador at all times
- Log customer service queries into the management system
- Liaise with partner networks to ensure service calls are completed
- Communicate with customers and supply chain partners daily
- Support the sales team with order and delivery-related queries
We’re looking for someone who has:- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service abilities
- Good organisational skills
- A professional telephone manner
- Confident Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of SAP (advantageous but not essential)
