Mechanical Fitter required in Runcorn - £13.03 Per Hour

Our client are looking for a Mechanical Fitter to work within their engineering workshop in Whitehouse Industrial Estate, Runcorn.

Main duties & Responsibilities

• Complete mechanical assemblies in line with technical assembly drawings.

• Complete mechanical installations, documentation and permits and equipment qualifications at customer sites.

• To ensure that all work carried out is in line with the customer specifications and standards.

• To be involved in other aspects of work within the business as required.

Experience and qualifications/knowledge/skills:

• Time served mechanical fitter

• Qualified to a minimum of a Level 4 in a Mechanical discipline.

• Experienced in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to interpret technical drawing in all formats

• Accuracy and attention to detail to produce a high standard or work

• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.

• Self-motivated.

• Willing to work away UK and abroad

• Able to work well and co-operate with others in a team.

• Time management

The role operates Monday to Friday: 7am until 4pm and Friday 7am until 12pm.

The rate of pay is £13.03 per hour
