Our client based in Cambuslang is looking for a Customer Service Advisor.

Hours – 37.5 hours per week 09:00 to 17:00

Salary - £20,700

Core tasks include:

· Processing phone and email orders

· Handling general enquiries from B2B customers

· Order checking

The ideal candidate will have

· A strong customer focus and 'right first time' outlook, with the customer at the heart of every action you take

· A confident and professional telephone manner, coupled with a good all round level of using PC packages including Microsoft Office

· Accurate order processing and good office administration skills, backed by a diligent and highly organised approach, along with plenty of initiative

· The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and clear lines of communication with colleagues and customers alike

· Experience working in a fast paced office environment where priorities can change
