- Customer Service Agent required in Runcorn - £8.20 per hour.
Our client, one of the UK’s leading names in their industry, are looking for experienced and reliable Customer Service Agents to work at their office in Preston Brook, Runcorn.
As a member of the Recruitment team, you’ll be responsible for contacting professionals from a database via telephone and email to ascertain if they are available to cover specialist positions around the UK.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and ideally have experience within a similar role.
This is a temporary position, but there are opportunities for long term work.
The job operates on Monday to Friday; working 9am until 5.30pm or 8am until 4.30pm.
You will also be required to work one Saturday in four, working 8.30am until 10.30am.
The rate of pay is £8.20 per hour, rising to £12.30 per hour for Saturday overtime.
