Project Engineer / Manager required in Runcorn - £20.00 - £30.00 per hour

Our client, one of the leading names in their industry have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer / Manager to join their successful engineering projects team at their workshop in Astmoor Industrial Estate, Runcorn.

You will deliver predominantly mechanical projects for their car manufacturer clients based in the North West.

As a Project Engineer / Manager, you will have the following:

• A background in engineering design for manufacture in a production assembly environment
• A basic knowledge of cars and engines and the ability to solve an engineering problem with a suitably-engineered solution
• People management skills and sales experience
• The ability to manage costs and budgets
• Advanced English writing skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft software
• A UK driver’s licence

The following are attributes would be beneficial to your application.

• Experience with CAD software, such as CATIA, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor
• Contacts and/or work history within the car manufacturing industry.
•  

This is a temporary to permanent position, giving the opportunity to progress direct with the company.

The job operates on Days.

The rate of pay is £20.00 per hour for Weekdays and £30.00 per hour for Weekends.
