Now in our 30th year, Exchange People is growing, and we're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Runcorn.
Working within industrial recruitment, you'll be building relationships with candidates and clients alike to provide the excellent levels of service that we've been providing for the last 29 years.
What we're looking for:- Someone with experience within recruitment, who wants to learn and forge a long-term career, this is a role that will grow & grow!
- Confident communicator, with ability to speak to people across various levels, whether written, telephone or in-person
- Strong organisational skills, able to balance multiple tasks and orders at the same time
- Confident in using IT/systems, including Microsoft Office
- Driving licence to be able to visit client sites
This isn't a traditional 360 recruitment role, so there will be no cold-calling companies.
