About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and multi‑skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring our plant and equipment run safely, efficiently, and with maximum reliability. You’ll be part of a small but developing engineering team during an exciting phase of business transformation, with new machinery and processes being introduced.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties- Ensure the smooth running, reliability, and availability of all plant and equipment.
- Carry out maintenance, repair, and safety‑critical tasks to a high standard.
- Work proactively—avoiding a “that‑will‑do” approach at all times.
- Support new equipment installation and process improvements as the site undergoes transformation.
- Contribute to ongoing development opportunities within the engineering team.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a site‑wide maintenance schedule.
- Identify machinery weaknesses and propose improvement measures.
- Support the rollout of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Help develop an OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) reporting approach.
- Always work in a manner that protects both personnel and equipment.
- Follow all site Health & Safety procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
