Marketing Manager / Campaign Executive

About the Role
Or client is looking for a creative, passionate, and driven marketing professional with strong digital marketing and graphic design skills. You will play a key role in creating and delivering innovative marketing campaigns across three growing businesses within our group.

Reporting directly to the Managing/Sales Director, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising a range of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Lead Generation, and Twitter Ads
  • Manage all PPC activity including search, display, and remarketing
  • Review Search Terms Reports for negative keyword opportunities
  • Assess landing page relevancy and performance
  • A/B test ad copy and review keywords for low CTR, low Quality Scores, and low conversions
  • Develop detailed strategies covering technical SEO, structured data, permalink structure, XML sitemaps, blogging, link building, and content marketing
  • Write and optimise copy and landing pages for conversions
  • Continually test and analyse campaign performance
  • Conduct competitor research across PPC and advertising channels
  • Ensure brand identity is consistently applied across all communications
  • Create and manage B2B email campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and retention
  • Maintain and optimise the email marketing database, including profiling and segmentation
  • Format and publish content through CMS platforms including WordPress and HubSpot
Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong skills in planning and delivering campaigns to targeted audiences
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and confident communicator
  • Experience managing workload in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Ability to interpret and follow branding guidelines and creative briefs
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and supportive team player
  • Strong copywriting ability across different tones and brand identities
  • Solid understanding of traditional and digital B2B marketing channels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Marketing qualification desirable but not essential
About You
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in paid search, email marketing, content writing, and graphic design
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Google Ads (Adwords)
  • Passionate about design, marketing, and delivering high‑quality work
