Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Hours: Monday–Friday, Rotating 7am to 3pm and 11am 7pm
Salary: £26,000 per annum
We’re recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for our client in Warrington. This is a permanent opportunity with a growing company and a chance to build on your skills.
Main Job Purpose:
To deliver the Warehouse proposition of ensuring the customer gets exactly what they have ordered and to be aligned with business requirements. To have a focus on delivering Quality with maximum Productivity. Embrace systems and operational changes. Promote a safe working environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina and the ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
Key Tasks / Drivers:- Flexible approach to working in different areas within the warehouse.
- Ensure stock integrity.
- Deliver workplace H&S standards.
- Developing yourself in other areas of the warehouse
- Must be capable of performing all warehouse processes to KPI standard.
- Must deliver professionalism in line with business expectations.
- To have a positive attitude
- Embrace change.
What we're looking for:- Experience working in a warehouse
- Comfortable with manual duties
- Computer literate and comfortable using warehouse systems
