- Assembly Operators required in Runcorn - £7.99 - £8.78 per hour.
Our client, one of the world’s leading companies in the automotive engineering industry have an exciting opportunity for Assembly Operators to join their successful team at innovative workshop in Preston Brook, Runcorn.
Your role will be to manufacture hydraulic components used in the automotive industry. Duties include assembling intricate components from technical drawings or software, and then testing completed products for quality and performance.
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will need be technically minded, and have a hands on approach to working. Experience working in a technical or manufacturing setting is advantageous, but not essential as all successful candidates will undergo a 6 week training programme.
This is a temporary to permanent position.
The job operates on Rotating Shifts.
Shift 1 - 6am until 2pm
Shift 2 – 2pm until 10pm
Shift 3 (when required) – 10pm until 6pm
The rate of pay is £7.99 per hour + Shift Allowance + Overtime.
The rate increases to £8.78 per hour + Shift Allowance + Bonus + Overtime after 12 weeks.
