Air Export Agent
Location: Paisley
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role:
We are currently recruiting for an Air Export Agent to join a dynamic and fast-paced logistics team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate movement of freight while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence – Provide exceptional service by proactively understanding and meeting customer needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Shipment Processing – Manage the export process, ensuring all shipments are handled efficiently and in line with company procedures and client requirements.
  • Data Accuracy – Ensure all information is recorded correctly in internal systems, monitoring reports for any discrepancies and resolving them quickly.
  • Billing & Accounting – Accurately invoice customers and ensure all service provider charges are accounted for, following company credit approval processes.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Compliance & Regulations – Ensure all shipments adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • At least 2 years experience in airfreight exports or a similar logistics role 
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
