Training on Dayshift, then Nightshift
We are looking for a skilled Production Operative to join our clients team in Ayr. You will start on dayshift to be trained on operating a form and fill bagging machine, then transition to nightshift after training. This role would be good for someone with a mechanical background with knowledge on basic repairs, a logical mind and good problem solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage a form and fill bagging machine (training will be provided)
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs as needed
- Run production line machinery efficiently
- Preferably hold a valid FLT license (training can be provided)
Details:
- Initial training on dayshift before moving to nightshift (4x10hr shifts)
- Salary: £25-26k per annum, with time and a half for nightshift hours
- Ideal for someone with a mechanical mindset
