Recruitment Resourcer required in Runcorn, £25,000 p/a
Exchange People, a family-run industrial recruitment company since 1997, are looking for Recruitment Resourcer to join our own team in Runcorn.
Supplying temporary and permanent staff to a huge variety of companies for over 27 years, we're looking for bright, enthusiastic people to work alongside our existing operations team, finding the right candidates for our clients, and performing a wide variety of support functions.
The Role
The role will involve identifying and recruiting the ideal candidates for the roles we have available.
Duties & Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Setting up and maintain job pages on relevant websites such as social media & job boards
- Scheduling telephone interviews
- Support with resourcing suitable candidates for open roles
- Coordinating phone, interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency whilst delivering a first-class candidate experience
- Be proactive and committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and hiring teams, to instil trust and confidence and ensure a positive experience through the full recruitment process
- Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and continuous improvement projects as required to support the wider people team
- Monitor the recruitment inbox
- Manages recruitment processes in line with GDPR requirements
Ideal Candidate
No previous recruitment experience is necessary. What we're looking for is the right person who:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload
- Ability to work under pressure and within fixed time constraints
- Clear, concise and logical verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, know how to prioritise workload and have proven experience juggling many different tasks at once, whilst at the same time ensuring quality outcomes
- You'll enjoy being part of a team and can display an ability to build relationships with others;
- You'll be super proactive and solutions-focused; you’re always on the lookout for inefficiencies and can suggest creative ideas for improvements
We will train and support you to ensure you're equipped with all of the skills required to succeed in the role, all we ask is that you have the right attitude and are willing to learn.
This is a Temporary to Permanent position
The starting salary is £25,000 per year.
Our core working hours are 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. However, there may be additional hours to be worked during busy times. There is also an on call rota, which will be discussed at interview.
