Customer Service Representative required in Nottingham – up to £24,500 per annum.
Our client has a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience by working as Customer Service Representative at engineering site in Long Eaton, Nottingham.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Develop and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Communicate client needs and demands to employer company
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Keep records of client transactions
Person Specification:
- Account Management Experience
- Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously
- IT Skills and working with MRP System
- Listening Skills
- Communication Skills
- Time Management Skills
The salary is up to £24,500 per annum dependant on experience.
The job operates Monday to Friday working 8am until 4.30pm with an early finish on a a Friday!
This is a permanent position.
