- Description
We have an opening for Temporary Warehouse Operative in Kelvin Industrial state in East Kilbride to cover long term sickness for a minimum of 3 months with the possibility of becoming something more ongoing.
Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm
Job duties include:- Order picking
- Goods in and out
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- General warehouse tasks
- Keeping the warehouse free of debris and following health and safety
- Stock Control – Stock Check Cycles
- Fridges / freezer/ Ambient Temperature Logs
- Daily forklift checks
- Total departmental flexibility.( Training Applicable )
- Completing tracking sheets
- Ensure goods are packed according to any special instruction on picking list
Essential skills:
- Forklift License
- Numeracy
- Literacy
Desired skills:
- Dangerous Goods Shipper (ADR, IMDG, IATA)
- Driving License
