Mechanical Fitter required in Runcorn - £28,000 per annum

Our client, a world leader in their engineering technology, are looking for a Mechanical Fitter to work within their engineering workshop in Whitehouse Industrial Estate, Runcorn.

Main duties & Responsibilities

· Complete mechanical assemblies in line with technical assembly drawings.

· Complete mechanical installations, documentation and permits and equipment qualifications at customer sites.

· To ensure that all work carried out is in line with the customer specifications and standards.

· To be involved in other aspects of work within the business as required.

Experience and qualifications/knowledge/skills:

· Minimum of 3 years mechanical fitting experience

· Machining experience would be advantageous

· Qualified to a minimum of a Level 4 in a Mechanical discipline.

· Ability to interpret technical drawings

· Accuracy and attention to detail to produce a high standard or work

· Self-motivated.

· Willing to work away UK and abroad

The role operates on 38 hour week on Days; working Monday to Thursday.

The salary is £28,000 per annum + Site Bonus + Overtime!
