- Electronics Service Technician required in Knowsley – Competitive Salary!
Our client, a leading name in their industry have an exciting opportunity foran experienced Electronics Technician to join their successful team at their workshop in Knowsley, near Liverpool.
Your role will be to inspect, diagnose and carry out component level repair of electronics devices such as power supplies, amplifiers and consoles for use at live music events, festivals and other events.
As an Electronics Technician, you will have:
- An electrical engineering qualification, NVQ, HNC/ONC or degree
- Experience diagnosing faults within various tour grade equipment.
- Be familiar with standard bench test equipment such as variacs, oscillators, and load testing units.
- Competent working at low level AC and DC voltage
- A knowledge of PAT testing standards and electrical safety standards
- Knowledge of professional audio, lighting and video equipment would be very beneficial.
This is a permanent position.
