Our client, one of the UK’s leading names in their industry, are looking for motivated Customer Service Advisors to join their helpdesk team in Ditton Industrial Estate, Widnes.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for taking phone calls, reviewing and responding to emails, providing online support via live chat and a small amount of post.
You should have experience providing excellent customer service, preferably within a helpdesk or contact centre. PC Literacy is important, experience using Google applications would be advantageous. You’ll be confident, hardworking and have great communication skills.
Applicants should also have their own transport, as public transport links to the site are not practical.
The job operates on Days; working 5 days out of 7.
The rate of pay is £9.05 per hour.
This is a temporary position.
