Our client, one of the UK's leading companies in the automotive engineering industry have an exciting opportunity for a Stores Operatives to join their warehouse team at their state of the art facility in Preston Brook, Runcorn.
Duties include receiving deliveries and checking them in using a computer system. You will also be responsible for feeding production lines, supplying the workshop with equipment and supplies as well as general warehouse duties and housekeeping.
As a Store Operative, you would have experience working in a similar environment. A Counterbalance licence would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
This is a temporary to permanent position.
The job operates on rotating shifts working Mornings and Afternoons. This could extend to Night shifts during busy periods.
The rate of pay is £8.30 per hour + Shift Allowance!
Rising to £8.78 per hour + BONUS + Shift Allowance after 12 weeks.
Overtime paid at £11.99 - £15.98 per hour.
