- Credit Controller required in Manchester – £27,000 to £30,000 per annum
Our client is looking for an Credit Controller to work at their office in Trafford Park, Manchester.
The main duty of the role is to Credit Control the Debtors Ledger, which currently has around 1000 live customers. In addition to that is to provide assistance in the running of the Accounts Department and the various Administration tasks and processing of reconciliation’s.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Manage and reconcile Customers Ledgers, posting all receipts.
- Manage and reconcile Third Party Leasing Company Ledgers, posting of all receipts.
- Set up new customers in the Direct Debit Scheme when requested.
- Manage and Reconcile the Monthly Collection of monies from the Customers listed on the Direct Debit scheme.
- Manage and Reconcile the Company Credit card account usage.
- Answer telephone calls from customers.
- Ensure that the customer records are up to date by monitoring rejected emails – contacting customer to obtain new details
Person Specification:- Previous credit control / accounts experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office products.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 Hour Lunch)
This is a Permanent position directly with our client.
