Duration: Short-term project, around 1 month
Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Digital Admin Assitant to work on a short-term project. The primary responsibility will be transferring data and records from the client's old system to a new one. This role requires someone who can work independently and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data transfer.
Key Responsibilities:- Transfer data and records from the old system to the new system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data during the transfer process.
- Utilise Excel and Word for data management and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with data transportation and management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
