Our client is looking for experienced, time served CNC Millers and Operators to join a dynamic team at their renowned manufacturing company, crafting unique components within a modern, safe working environment.

With a number of roles available, our client are looking for people with the ability to do the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation of a variety of CNC machine tools.
• Read & interpret engineering drawings.
• Create, read & interpret CNC programs.
• Download, edit (if required), and archive CNC programs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of appropriate tooling.
• Produce quality products in a safe & controlled manner.
• Meeting all quality specifications while satisfying productivity requirements.
• Compliance with engineering drawings and associated specifications.
• Demonstrate knowledge of appropriate cutting conditions.
• Inspection & recording of all relevant dimensions.
• Completion of all documentation & record labour bookings
• Demonstrate engagement with other team members and be able to work under minimum supervision

With requirements for operators for various types of machinery, we’re looking for people with experience in the following controls:

• Siemens
• Heidenhain
• Mozak
• Fannuc
• Integrex

Salary:

• Competitive hourly rate of £17.33 per hour (£33,793 p.a)
• Midweek Overtime paid at £26.00 per hour
• Weekend Overtime, any hours after 12am Saturday, paid at £28.77 per hour
• There are also opportunities for 12-hour shifts, Days & Nights, with rate uplifts of 20% for 12-hour Days, 40% for Nights
