Customer Sales Representative required in Birchwood - Up to £24,000 per annum + Commission!

Our client, one of the UK’s leading names in their industry have an exciting opportunity to join their customer service team at their UK Headquarters in Birchwood, Warrington.

As a key member of the customer service team, you’ll be responsible for providing and maintaining an excellent service level to customers and processing internal sales enquires.

Responsibilies include:

• Welcoming visitors and clients in a polite, professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Receive and log customer service queries on management system
• Coordinate with the partner network to ensure service calls are completed.
• Log and maintain warranty or damage claims within the SAP system.
• Coordinate the replacement parts with the supplier / service provider.
• Organise documents and files and update and maintain the customer database.

Our client is looking for someone:

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Competent user of computer systems.
• Preferably working knowledge of SAP, although training can be provided.

This is a permanent position.

The job operates on Monday to Friday, working 9am until 5pm.

The salary is up to £22,000 - £24,000 per annum + commission!
