- Administrator / Sales Assistant required in Livingston
Our client, a fast-growing company, are currently recruiting for an Administrator / Sales Assistant for windows and doors in Livingston, West Lothian.
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a flair for sales, marketing, implementing new ideas and who has experience of working in a trade counter environment.
Responsibilities include:- Dealing with telephone queries and visitors to the Factory, providing quotes, converting quotes to jobs and dealing with any remedial issues.
- Delivering a very high standard of customer service.
- Growing the customer base.
- Building sales.
- Achieving company sales targets and KPI’s
The successful candidate will have:- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the kitchens and windows industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Good team-worker with good organisational skills
- A positive disposition
- IT literate
The rate of pay is £8.50 per hour.
