Trainee Electronic Engineer required in Speke, Liverpool – from £24,000 per annum!

Our client, a global electronics manufacturer, have an exciting opportunity for an Electronic Engineer to work within their R&D facility in Speke, Liverpool.

The role is to design and implement software and hardware solutions to streamline product manufacturing process.

Responsibilities include:

• Write and debug software for the test of electronics circuit boards.
• Design test fixtures with support from technical department.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments throughout production.
• Design software and write test vectors to verify the manufacture of electronic circuit boards.
• Diagnose and rectify equipment failures, down to card level.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Qualification in Electronics Engineering
• A good understanding of Electronics
• Thorough knowledge of analog and digital electronics down to component level
• Be able to read board schematics and complex datasheets
• Good communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines

The job operates Monday to Friday, working 8:30am until 5pm with early finishes on a Friday!

The salary is a minimum of £24,000 per annum and dependant on experience.

This is a permanent position.
