Customer Service Representative required in London W1 – up to £26,000 per annum.

Our client has a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company and develop your skills and experience by working as a Customer Service Representative at their head office near Oxford Circus, London.

You'd be responsible for liaising with client's customers who are mostly commercial and retails outlets and their field engineers to allocate service calls.

You'll also assist with day-to-day office administration tasks.

Person Specification:

• Good communication is key to ensure the delivery of good customer service.
• The ability to work within fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills is desirable.
• Looking to build a long term career.

The salary is £20,000 - £26,000 per annum dependant on experience.
