Technical Support Agent required in Runcorn – £23,000 per annum.

Our client has a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience by working as Technical Support Agent at their hub in Astmoor Industrial Estate, Runcorn.

Responsibilities:

· Allocation of Fault Calls to Field Engineers

· Effective allocation and adjustment of Field Engineer workloads to meet Service Levels and Customer Satisfaction

· Efficient utilisation of Field Engineers

· Utilising our bespoke software to raise Risk Assessment and Method Statements for engineer visits.

· Efficient Parts Ordering

· Utilising Accounting package to raise purchase orders

· Provide ongoing feedback to the customer both internally and externally via voice and system updates to manage customer expectations on fault resolution

· Report Writing within the timescales to meet contract objectives.

Person Specification:

· The ability to work in a team and provide a positive contribution to the work environment

· The ability to maintain a clear thought process when under pressure.

· The ability to work within fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment.

· The ability to use a range of in-house Call management systems and tools.

· Excellent Microsoft Office skills is desirable.

· Good communication is key and is the keystone to ensure the delivery of good service.

· Being able to explain technical issues to non-technical customers is advantageous.

The salary is £23,000 per annum.

The job operates Monday to Friday working 8am until 5pm.

This is a permanent position.
