Sales Advisors required in Runcorn - £9.50 per hour!

Our client, a leading name in their industry, are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Advisors to join their well-established sales team based in Runcorn, Cheshire

You will be a point of contact for customers from retail, industrial and commercial industries who have queries about products, orders, and general sales enquiries. You will provide world-class customer service whilst optimising sales performance.

Tasks include:

• Answering telephone calls in a professional and polite manner
• Process quotes and orders via email or telephone within 24 hrs of receipt
• Identify opportunities to ‘upsell’ products
• Make outbound telephone calls to sell products
• Retain a close relationship with all customers
• Achieve monthly and yearly KPI’S and targets.
• Update Computer Systems accurately.

The job operates on Monday to Friday; working 8.30am until 4.30pm.

The rate of pay starts at £9.50 per hour.

This is a temporary to permanent position
