Shift Supervisor required in Runcorn – £30,000 per annum!
Our client, one of the world’s leading companies in their industry, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Shift Supervisors to lead their successful team at their innovative production facility in Runcorn.
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for devising schedules to maximise efficiency of facilities and personnel. You will be responsible for setting and basic maintenance of production machinery and completing related documentation. You will also ensure a clean and safe working environment.
You will be confident and self-motivated with the ability to rely on your own judgement. You will have strong organisation skills and have the ability to communicate and co-operate with others effectively.
The position currently operates a Continental Shift pattern.
- Two days (6.45am until 7pm)
- Two nights (6.45pm until 7am)
- Four days off.
The salary is £26,000 to £30,000 per year dependant on experience.
This is a permanent contract.
