The Junior Office Administrator will provide administrative support to the client's Customer Service/Purchasing teams, you will receive and direct all telephone enquiries for their UK sites and will be the first point of contact for all visitors, customers and vendors. You will be responsible for the distribution of mail to all departments.
Job Description:
• Conduct clerical duties, including filing, responding to emails and preparing documents
• Greet visitors and inform the relevant individuals to whom they are visiting
• Answer and direct all Customer Service phone calls for all UK sites
• Collect and distribute the mail to all departments
• Filing/scanning
• Support Customer Service and Purchasing as required
• Prepare and clear for visitor and management meetings

• Some experience in working in an office environment
• PC literate with experience of using MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Good organisational skills and have the ability to prioritize effectively
• Good listening skills
• Excellent communication skills and a clear telephone manner are essential
• Team player and willing to assist colleagues when required
• Ability to identify and solve problems and to multi task under deadlines
• Possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and perform as a team playerA Business/Administration graduate would be ideal for this position, full training on the companies systems will be provided.
