Are you looking for begin an exciting new career in 2018?
Our client, a world-renowned leader in their field, have a great opportunity for experienced Food Process Operators to join their successful team at their production facility in Runcorn.
As a key member of the processing team, you will be responsible for processing a range of materials from food ingredients to chemicals. Duties include operating state-of-the-art powder processing machinery, completing related paperwork as well as ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Duties can extend to operating a Counterbalance forklift truck if candidates hold or have held a counterbalance licence.
Candidate should have previous process operating experience, be comfortable with heavy lifting, and willing to work in a dusty environment. Previous experience within the food production industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
The rate of pay starts at £9.00 per hour with opportunities for progression.
The position operates on Continental Shifts Working two days (7am until 7pm), two nights (7pm until 7am), then four days off.
This is a temporary, but on-going, position, with the opportunity of a permanent job for the right candidate.
