Removals Team Leader required in Cambridge - £27,918 per annum + Overtime!
Our client, a company who specialise in office removals and relocation are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee and motivate their friendly and supportive relocation team based in Cambridge.
This rewarding role offers travels, job security and opportunities for training and career development.
Responsibilities:
- Motivate and lead a team of labourers / fitters / drivers
- Develop and train new colleagues
- Ensure colleagues maintain H&S and all appropriate documentation is completed to a high standard
- Driving company vans / minibuses to and from projects
- Act as a liaison between client and depot
Our client is looking for someone with:
- Previous experience supervising and motivating staff.
- Full UK Driving Licence + 12 months driving experience
- Great team player who can engage with others confidently
- Experience working within a logistics environment
- A ‘can do’ attitude with problem-solving abilities
The role operates 5 days from 7, working 8am until 5pm (40 hours)
The salary is £27,918 per annum
