- Description
Internal Sales Consultant required in Edinburgh – £ 25k-£30k.
The office is situated near to the M8 Edinburgh bypass intersection 5 mins walk from the Edinburgh Park railway station and tramway stop.
Tasks
- Fielding customer phone calls and email enquiries
- Ensure follow ups from phone calls are logged on the CRM system
- Action customer enquiries and ensure quotes are produced and followed up quickly
- Turning quotes into orders
Responsibilities
- 1. Answering inbound sales calls
- 2. Helping customers with enquiries via phone or email
- 3. Respond to website enquiries
- 4. Handling of enquiries, producing quotes and following up
- 5. Supporting with ensuring CRM is up to date and accurate
- 6. To attend sales meetings and provide feedback and market intelligence as an active contributor to the company’s goals
- 7. Dealing with trade counter customers
