Our client has a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience by working as Customer Support Agent at their hub in Astmoor Industrial Estate, Runcorn.
Responsibilities:
- Allocation of Support Calls to Field Engineers
- Effective allocation and adjustment of Field Engineer workloads to meet Service Levels and Customer Satisfaction
- Efficient utilisation of Field Engineers
- Utilising our bespoke software to raise Risk Assessment and Method Statements for engineer visits.
- Efficient Parts Ordering
- Utilising Accounting package to raise purchase orders
- Provide ongoing feedback to the customer both internally and externally via voice and system updates to manage customer expectations on fault resolution
- Report Writing within the timescales to meet contract objectives.
Person Specification:
- The ability to work in a team and provide a positive contribution to the work environment
- The ability to maintain a clear thought process when under pressure.
- The ability to work within fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment.
- The ability to use a range of in-house Call management systems and tools.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills is desirable.
- Good communication is key and is the keystone to ensure the delivery of good service.
- Being able to explain technical issues to non-technical customers is advantageous.
The rate of pay is £10.58 per hour.
The job operates Monday to Friday working 8am until 5pm.
This is a temporary to permanent position.
