Serving the North West of England and Central Scotland, Exchange People provides temporary and permanent staff for many companies & organisations, both large and small alike.
Established in Runcorn in May 1997, Exchange People are a family-run recruitment company, specialising in supplying industrial, engineering and clerical staff to a huge variety of companies, from local, independent businesses, to some of the world's largest organisations.
With over 60 years' combined industry experience, our founding directors had a vision to grow their own agency which could incorporate the best practices they had encountered, whilst improving and developing the elements of customer and worker care that they realised were missing.
In 2000, Exchange People opened our first Scottish branch, in Central Glasgow. With the recent addition of our Livingston branch, this enables us to support our clients all over North West England and throughout Central Scotland.
Now in our twentieth year, our focus on customer service has created an exceptional reputation of an agency that clients want to deal with, and candidates want to work for.
