- Metal Press Operator required in Warrington - £9.18 per hour
Our client, who are specialists in their industry, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Press Operator to join their successful team at their engineering workshop in Birchwood, Warrington.
As a Metal Press Operator, you will be responsible for loading and operating a number of different perforating press machines. You will also be required to take regular measurements of products being pressed.
The successful candidate will be mechanical minded and comfortable working on computers. You will undergo a 6 month training programme, but you should have experience working within the metal industry and be familiar with working with different types of metals.
This is a temporary to permanent position.
The rate of pay is £9.18 per hour.
Hours of work are Rotating Day Shifts. This could also extend to Night shifts during busy periods.
Shift 1 – 6.00am until 2.00pm
Shift 2 – 2.00pm until 10.00pm
