- Warehouse Administrator – Runcorn
Location: Runcorn
Pay: £16.02–£18.76 per hour, including shift allowances
Contract: Temporary until November
Shifts: Fixed shift patterns available
Exchange People are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Administrators to join a busy manufacturing and distribution site in Runcorn. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administration skills, good attention to detail, and previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics, production, or manufacturing environment.
Available shift patterns:- Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm – £16.02 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 2pm–10pm – £18.10 per hour
- Sunday to Thursday, 10pm–6am – £18.76 per hour
- Weekend availability may be required during peak periods, paid at £24+ per hour
- Keeping computer-based records accurate and up to date
- Processing paperwork and supporting general warehouse administration
- Assisting group leaders with daily shift duties
- Communicating clearly with operational teams to help maintain smooth workflow
- Previous administration experience within a warehouse, logistics, production, or manufacturing environment
- Strong computer skills and confidence using systems to update records
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to deadlines
- SAP experience is desirable; SAP EWM experience would be an advantage
- A flexible approach, including availability for weekend work during peak periods when required
